ABOUT  STEGANOGRAPHY   

   steganography is the technique  to hide the secrete message  in the image

   it comes from the Greek word  steganographia it combined to word  steganós

it means  is covered  and graphia  means writing

IN THIS TUTORIAL  WE SEE ABOUT TWO TOOLS ABOUT STEGANOGRPHY

                         

                      KALI LINUX COMMANDS FOR GUI VERSION

OPEN THE TERMINAL

STEP 1    apt-get install stegosuite 

STEP 2   open the stegosuite   (it GUI version)

STEP 3   click the file and open    (see the image below)

STEP 4   choose the image from your folder

STEP 5   instead the image and the type the text message and password

 

  

STEP 6   click the embed

STEP 7  now your file is ready  and please location where the image

STEP 8  now your embed.file  is ready

                                   

STEP 9    now im going to extract

STEP 10  load image in stegosuite

STEP 11    type the password and extract it

STEP 12   now your message will load

              KALI LINUX COMMANDS FOR COMMAND LINE INTERFACE

OPEN THE TERMINIAL

STEP 1   apt-get install steghide

STEP 2    type steghide --help

NOW THE GENERAL INSTRUCTION WILL CAME 

STEP 3  now open the terminal in image folder and create text file in that

STEP 4  now im going to embed the message in image

TYPE THE COMMAND  steghide embed -cf image name  -ef text file name

now to your message file  embed  in image 

STEP 5  now im going to extract

TYPE THE COMMAND steghide extract -sf image name  -xf output file name

AND ENTER THE PASSWORDS

NOW YOUR FILE EXTRACT

NOW NEW FILE CREATE SEE IMAGE ABOVE
