ABOUT HASH CAT

    hashcat is advanced password recovery tool is used for recovery the password

STEP 1 open the terminal

STEP 2  type hashcat -h

STEP 3  we known that what attack im  going perform in hashcat let im going to

explain step by step 

         

STEP 4  first find hash type (-m 0)

because we going to crack the md5 passwords

              

STEP 5  attack mode (-a 3)

because we going perform the brute force attack

take the password  list  file from  browser or create the password list file using the cupp

let im explained about the attack so now we start the attack

so create folder in desktop

save hashes file in the folder and open

         

 there two files one is hashes and password file 

open the terminal in folder 

type hashcat hash.txt -m 0 -a 3 password file list

now your attack will be start

if any  problem is came

    hashcat hash.txt -m 0 -a 3 password file list --force

now your attack will be start

now your password is cracked
